Menu

Breakfast: 
Sausage, Green Beans, and Sweet Potatoes
Eggs
Part of 1/2 a Grapefruit (so like 1/4)

Snack:
Rooibos Tea

Lunch: 
Meatloaf Skillet.  Only one more day of this until it is gone and I won't have wasted food!
Blackberries
The rest of my 1/2 of grapefruit

Snack: 
None

Dinner:  
Char-broiled Burgers
Plantain and Sweet Potato Fries
Sauteed--Green Peppers and Onions

Snack: 


[Note: unless otherwise specified, I drink water at every meal and throughout the day.  I don't drink much else.]

How I Felt

Nothing to report, so I guess that means I'm good, good, good!
