Beef Soup/Stew
Seltzer water

none

[Note: unless otherwise specified, I drink water at every meal and throughout the day.  I don't drink much else.]

How I Felt

Before I get to that, I have to say that I really need to be better about buying dark leafy greens next week to incorporate into all of the meals.

Overall, today I felt really good again.  No issues.  :)
