Strawberry Fruit Rolls. MMMM

Ingredients:
3 to 4 cups of fresh fruit washed and cut (for 13x15 or 13x18 jelly roll pan)
1-2 T honey
A little lemon juice
Spices/extracts (optional)

Tools:
Blender
Oven (140 to 170 degrees... lowest setting)
Jelly Roll Pan
Angled spatula
Plastic Wrap
Parchment paper
Scissors

Combine all of the ingredients into a blender and puree.

Lay the plastic wrap onto the pan, making sure the edges are nice and loose with some overhang.  It will shrink slightly in the oven.  Some people worry that plastic wrap in the oven will melt all over. *Don't worry*  It isn't hot enough to melt it.  Pour the puree onto the plastic wrap.  Spread it evenly across the pan using the angled spatula.

Place it in the oven and back it for 6-8 hours, maybe longer, until it does not stick to your finger when you touch it.

Peel the fruit leather off the pan and the plastic wrap.

Place it onto parchment paper.

Cut it into strips (or whatever shape/size you wish).

Roll.  (I taped the ends to keep them rolled.)  Place them in a tightly sealed container.

EAT AND ENJOY!
