S'mores are so delicious. I love the ooey-gooey marshmallows and the melted chocolate that
oozes out with every bite. MMMMmmmm. So I thought to myself,
"If S'mores are so good, Why not make S'more cookies?"
What goes in the dough?
1 c. (2 sticks) of softened butter
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 5 1/2 crackers)
1 1/2 c. flour - 2 c. flour
1 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
1 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips (dairy free)
3/4 c. marshmallows (cut up into chocolate chip-sized pieces)
Combine the butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla and mix until well blended. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, flour, salt, and baking soda in a bowl and add them to the wet mixture until the dough is all blended together. Stir in the chocolate chips and the marshmallows.
Scoop by heaping tablespoons onto a baking stone or cookie sheet.
Bake at 350* for about 10 min. or until golden brown.
Oooh, that chocolaty, roasted marshmallow flavor.
