Day 26, November 16, 2012

Well, it doesn't seem like the small amount of added sugar affected me to this point.  Woohoo!  That doesn't mean I'm going to go all sugar crazy and stuff now, but it does make me feel like there is hope that I won't have to be a Paleo Natzi my whole life.

Cucumber Tomato Salad
Wings (6 Honey BBQ, 1 Hot, 1 Spicy Garlic) From BDubs (AKA Buffalo Wild Wings)
Samoa Cookie

Snack: 
Cashews
Rooibos Tea

[Note: unless otherwise specified, I drink water at every meal and throughout the day.  I don't drink much else.]

How I Felt

I felt good, good, good all day long.
